1969 Corvette 454 Dual Exhaust System – OEM Style
This dual exhaust system is built for 1969 Corvettes with the 454 engine, using 2-1/2" pipes and OEM-style mufflers. It's available in aluminized or stainless steel, with optional turbo mufflers and a clamp/hanger kit.

Bring back the factory power and tone of your classic with this 1969 C3 Corvette 454 Engine Dual Exhaust System. Built to match OEM specifications, this system offers an authentic fit and sound for big-block Corvettes, using durable materials and proven fabrication techniques. Whether you're cruising, restoring, or showing your C3, this exhaust system delivers both performance and classic styling.
Available in aluminized or stainless steel, this kit is ideal for restorers who want a reliable, stock-style setup with modern craftsmanship.
Included in the Standard Kit:- Left and right front exhaust pipes – 2-1/2" diameter
- Left and right rear exhaust pipes – 2-1/2" diameter
- Mufflers – 2-1/2" inlet / 2" outlet (OEM factory tone)
Note: Stainless steel systems require 4–6 weeks to fabricate. All tubing is compression bent for factory-correct routing and fit.
Optional Upgrades:- Turbo Muffler – Delivers a deeper, more aggressive exhaust tone
- Universal Clamp & Hanger Kit – Mild steel kit for easier installation
- Tubing: 16-gauge (1-3/4", 2"), 14-gauge (2-1/4", 2-1/2")
- Mufflers: 18-gauge
- Tubing: 304 stainless steel, 14-gauge
- Mufflers: 409 stainless steel, 18-gauge
This system is crafted using a conventional compression bending process, just like the original factory style. Small fabrication marks or imperfections may be visible, which is expected on handcrafted parts meant for street use and local car shows—not concours restorations.
Fitment Notice – OEM Manifolds Only:This system is specifically built to fit OEM exhaust manifolds. If you are running headers or oversized exhaust components, front pipes must be cut and modified. In these cases, the system is sold as-is and is not covered by warranty.
Professional installation is recommended for the best fit and finish.
Return & Warranty Policy:While we do not offer refunds due to rising material and labor costs, we stand behind our quality. If your system is incorrectly fabricated, we’ll offer free re-bending under these conditions:
- OEM manifolds were used
- Accurate vehicle information was provided at checkout
- Must request return within 14 days of delivery
- System must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Fitment issues due to incorrect information are the buyer’s responsibility

Shipping
We utilize UPS, Fedex, and USPS for all of our shipping needs. Carrier choice is based upon availability and needs of the customer and is the sole discretion of SouthernCarParts. We always try to ship within 24 hours of order placement (do to the custom nature of some products, shipping within 24 hours is impossible, actual shipping time frames will be listed in the product description). Please keep in mind that some products such as Custom Fit Car Covers, Lloyds Floor Mats, Painted accessories, and Racemesh Products can take 3 -10 days to ship and are charged at time of order placement. Racemesh products take 4 weeks to ship as they are made to order.
Returns
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our returns department within 30 days of purchase at orders@southerncarparts.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call (888-631-1433). Southern Car Parts will not accept returned goods without prior authorization and an RMA# written clearly on the exterior of the box. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. Custom painted parts - Once these parts are started, we can refund you less the paint(chemicals) that have been used. Exception is rear spoilers and front splitters, we can refund less 20%.
Custom-made-to-order items are NOT returnable. This includes embroidered floor mats, interior embroidered items, and car covers.
Damages in Shipping
All damages from shipping must be reported to Southern Car Parts within two business days from tracking number delivery confirmation. After two business days, damages become the responsibility of the customer.
