2020-2024 C8 Corvette Convertible Level 2 RGB LED System
Check out this new C8 Convertible RGB color changing LED system from our friends at Custom LED Service. This kit is designed exclusively for the C8 Corvette Convertible and Southern Car Parts is pleased to offer it. See our other listings for the coupe system. This kit differs from the rechargeable C8 engine bay kit in that it connects to the car's battery, which gives it the advantage of no recharging.
There are 3 levels to this new C8 Convertible system:
- LEVEL 1: Covers side scoops only.
- LEVEL 2: Covers scoops and lower rear fascia
- LEVEL 3: Covers side scoops, lower rear fascia and grille area. (Lighting up the rear fascia vents directly below the tailights is not included as this would require the removal of the rear fascia).
This kit is LEVEL 2 and covers the following areas on the C8 Corvette Convertible:
- Side scoops, 2 x 24" strips
- Lower rear fascia screen between the tailpipes and exhaust tips on both sides. 56" total. (Not rear fascia vents below the tailights)
Lighting up the rear fascia vents directly below the tailights is not included as this would require the removal of the rear fascia.
This system is prewired using Ip 68 waterproof connections and waterproof, self adhesive LED strips. LED strips and all wiring is black to better blend in with the car.
Two controller options are available, bluetooth and key fob.
BLUETOOTH CONTROLLER OPTION:
This controller used your phones bluetooth and an app. to control the LEDs. Here is a partial list of functions on the App:
- Color wheel with brightness control to pick any color and brightness you want
- Tri color jump
- 7 color jump
- Fade and strobe functions in all colors
- Breathe function
- Play music to control leds
- Timer function to shut off LEDs
- Custom programs you can set up.
- Operation guide on app
KEY FOB CONTROLLER The remote fob has 4 buttons that control the following functions:
- 17 Static colors
- Strobe and heartbeat function for every color.
- Speed up or slow down functions
- Color jumping between all colors, adjustable speed
- Color fading between all colors, adjustable speed
- On/off
- Last function memory when turning system back on.
Note: Removal of the rear wheels and some panels to access the cars battery and wheel well area is required so we recommend a qualified technician perform the installation.

Shipping
We utilize UPS, Fedex, and USPS for all of our shipping needs. Carrier choice is based upon availability and needs of the customer and is the sole discretion of SouthernCarParts. We always try to ship within 24 hours of order placement (do to the custom nature of some products, shipping within 24 hours is impossible, actual shipping time frames will be listed in the product description). Please keep in mind that some products such as Custom Fit Car Covers, Lloyds Floor Mats, Painted accessories, and Racemesh Products can take 3 -10 days to ship and are charged at time of order placement. Racemesh products take 4 weeks to ship as they are made to order.
Returns
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our returns department within 30 days of purchase at orders@southerncarparts.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call (888-631-1433). Southern Car Parts will not accept returned goods without prior authorization and an RMA# written clearly on the exterior of the box. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. Custom painted parts - Once these parts are started, we can refund you less the paint(chemicals) that have been used. Exception is rear spoilers and front splitters, we can refund less 20%.
Custom-made-to-order items are NOT returnable. This includes embroidered floor mats, interior embroidered items, and car covers.
Damages in Shipping
All damages from shipping must be reported to Southern Car Parts within two business days from tracking number delivery confirmation. After two business days, damages become the responsibility of the customer.
