C5 Corvette Exhaust B&B Long Tube Headers

(For the 1997-2004 Corvette C5 including the Z06)

If you are going to upgrade your exhaust system, start with headers from Bill Boat and work your way back. Billy Boat Long tube headers are designed for the performance minded Corvette enthusiast with power at the top of their list.

Billy Boat Performance Exhaust has once again taken the Pole Position in the market by developing long tube header systems specifically for the C5 and C6 Corvette. The header design incorporates the correct firing sequence which pairs exhaust ports together for more efficient exhaust scavenging. Dyno testing, utilizing technology previously found in racing applications has shown an increase of horsepower and torque throughout the entire RPM range. This is a true bolt-on header, complete with hardware and gaskets, dedicated to the C5 and now for the C6 Corvette as well. The new 1.75" tube flows seamlessly to a 3", 4-into-1 collector.

Because of the changes in the length of the long tube headers as compared to OEM pipes, you must choose to have either Catalytic converter pipes that either remove the Cats or include High Flow Cats. We do include an option to not have either, but you must understand that if you choose this option you will have to fabricate connector pipes to connect the headers to the factory system.
