Brand new from Halltech for the 2001-2004 Corvette C5 (Z06 included), the Halltech Venom II. A no cutting, high gain intake system that allows you to install in 30 mins and go back to stock at any time without permanently modifying your Corvette. Halltech's newest Corvette Intake, the C5 Venom II. Designed from the same mold of the all new Killer Bee II Z06 Cold Air Induction Systems, this second generation C5 Corvette intake flows more air than any induction system on the market (10-15 rwhp gains). It utilizes the stock Mass Air Flow sensor for easy installation and seamless smooth response on the street or at the track. Starting with the Killer Bee II 15" wide Halltech Corvette C5 filter with a built in velocity stack flange, the actual changes to our Venom mold design have increased flow to your C5's throttle body significantly.Â
The filter can be cleaned with a simple K&N cleaning kit found at all automotive parts stores. Nothing about the installation or intake Will not void your factory GM warranty. We also include for free on all Z06 orders (not needed for regular C5's) our HC.125 Honeycomb Flow Straightener which will keep the Z06 cars from getting interittent "lean codes".

The filter is designed by Halltech but made by K&N exclusively for Halltech's Killer Bee II and Venom II. The air bridge is also made from the new KB II mold which dynoed over 15 HP on the Katech Engine Dyno. The filter can be cleaned with the K&N cleaning kit found at all automotive parts stores. This Corvette C5 intake Will not void your warranty. We include (at no additional charge) the HC.125 Honeycomb Flow Straightener when installing this system on the Corvette C5 Z06 (not needed for other C5's)

Halltech Intake Installation Instructions Â
The MAF Straightener is free for all C5 Z06 Models. It is not needed for all other models...only the LS6 Engine.
Shipping
We utilize UPS, Fedex, and USPS for all of our shipping needs. Carrier choice is based upon availability and needs of the customer and is the sole discretion of SouthernCarParts. We always try to ship within 24 hours of order placement (do to the custom nature of some products, shipping within 24 hours is impossible, actual shipping time frames will be listed in the product description). Please keep in mind that some products such as Custom Fit Car Covers, Lloyds Floor Mats, Painted accessories, and Racemesh Products can take 3 -10 days to ship and are charged at time of order placement. Racemesh products take 4 weeks to ship as they are made to order.
Returns
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our returns department within 30 days of purchase at orders@southerncarparts.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call (888-631-1433). Southern Car Parts will not accept returned goods without prior authorization and an RMA# written clearly on the exterior of the box. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. Â Custom painted parts - Once these parts are started, we can refund you less the paint(chemicals) that have been used. Exception is rear spoilers and front splitters, we can refund less 20%.
Custom-made-to-order items are NOT returnable. This includes embroidered floor mats, interior embroidered items, and car covers.
Damages in Shipping
All damages from shipping must be reported to Southern Car Parts within two business days from tracking number delivery confirmation. After two business days, damages become the responsibility of the customer.
